that part, you have to look past the opinions, and read between the lines, she is rite, like i said JJ would be just as succesful without Chad, the man is not the end all be all crew chief. i bet if Rick Hendrick split them two up JJ would be just as good as he is now, IMO put chad with dale jr. and he still wouldn't win a championship, or more races. Yes they work together as a team, but if not for JJ driving the car how far could Chad take a team, my bet just as average as alot of other teams out there.
