tried it again, this time wouldnt let me type, so i have no clue what the dealio is..

Ya MJ.....thats how is been for the rest of us....u can get in u just cant post.....msg at the bottom says "You must be connected to send a msg" ......i cant believe they havent addressed this yet...

My PC does the same thing, but not all the time. I emailed Animink and he suggested all kinds of things none of which worked. Then one day I just kept logging in about ten times, then for some crazy reason it let me in. So keep trying the same thing might work.

I can't see it being fixed for Sunday...I am making signs right this very minute so we can picket....We need our chat room!!!

I just tried the chat room. I got in but couldn't post. It says I'm not connected. Whar-ever does that mean besides the fact I'm not high on the list of posters? Several things have been screwed up since they changed servers. A few days ago the site wouldn't open because "The site has too many online to handle". If we have more than six regulars and a hand full of guests at one time that's about it. Race day has more but this happened before 10 am. Oh well..........

I just tried with my IPad, I could get in but couldn't type. That is the first time that has happened. Maybe that means they are trying to fix it,

i say just get a conference call and people talk on the phone, and charge it to SHR
what would be pretty cool, if you could use a web cam in the chatroom,

I contacted Animink late Thursday and got a reply on Friday. They were not aware of the problem, but they are now. No, they didn't give me an ETA on a fix since they were just starting to investigate the problem.

Thanks for the update HH. I love me some chat room on race day! It's just a fun place to hang out and hear what's going on. It's fun to celebrate with fellow fans on good days and commiserate with each other on days our drivers are not doing well.

The more the better so I would highly encourage anyone who has been thinking about it to... step on in, when it's working again. Nice people, good intel and just a fun way to spend a race day.
