Hey J, that is not a rose, it is a Camelia. I have some just like it. They are beautiful. Spanish moss reminds me of old Southern plantations and Gone with the Wind, one of my favorite movies.

Finally, I found Daddy Owl wayyyyy-up about 45' to 50' in the tree :roll:

It is amazing how well they blend into their surroundings and how they can just spin their head around....thanks for the Picts. I wouldn't want to make mom or pop mad! I'd keep my distance...
