Game points

Anyone know why I cannot get points when playing the match game? I am logged in and my score should record but it will say Congratulations you are in the top 10 but doesn't score it. I am wondering if it is my security. I used to be able to get the points. Last week installed a new security on my desktop computer and now cannot use that for the weekly pics. I have emailed animimink but have never received any answers. For now it is okay with the weekly pics and logging on. But now I am frustrated. HELP.....

I don't fair enough to earn points for points, my brain is shot I guess.

Now my boys were playing a few days ago & they had troubles too. I think it's on the game end & not our computer end.

let me know if you get an answer, I actually did well enough that it said congratulations you are in 9th place this week with a score of 1292, but it did not show up.

Lizard ...That is what happens to me all the time. the only way I can play the game and have it record is to do it at work. That's no fun.
I did call my provider and she thought it had something to do with my security however, I think it is our site.

Fixed my problem. It was my security on my computer that disabled a lot of things. I am now okay. So if anyone else is having problems, check your security. I was told today by a tech that some of these programs are really raising havoc with internet sites.

What part of the security?

Actually it was the whole program I took off my computer. It was thru Road Runner. They told me that had a lot of issues with all the different parts of the program. I was advised to remove it or it would be a lot of trial and error.

Lizard, try going to Board questions/problems and click on phamo. Send an e-mail to him to see if he can help you out. He is still online as he signed in this morning. If he can't help he may beable to find someone who can.
