The Times They Are A Changin'
Pretty sad when it's easier to find a record player than it is a cd player.
I stopped downloading music a long time ago, because frankly, it's more fun buying an album. I used to love going to a record store going through albums to pick one out. I'd take it home, open it up and start listening while reading every word of the insert.
The age of hard copy music is over. I was at Wal Mart and they are trying to fire-sale the rest of their cd's. I found some good ones in there for $5 a piece. Several Ozzy albums (Ozzmosis) Tom Petty (Full Moon Fever), various KISS albums, REO Speedwagon albums, and various country artist's albums to name a few.
The only ones making albums nowadays are the current favorite flavors, and most of those artists suck. Sure you can find some cd's from great bands, but they are mainly greatest hits albums.
