that is what the TV "experts" are saying. Which caused me to have a chicken or the egg moment.
I am not sure which comes 1st. My eye roll, or my laughter out loud.
It being a plate race, I think everyone in the field has some kinda chance.
Her being a favorite though is a rediculous thought. I not sure if she has any true partners for the race, & it seems most dont like drafting with her, even when they go towards the front she seems to get bailed on.
but the reason for the chicken or the egg moment is because any time she shows some speed during practice (of any kind of track) the "experts" says this might be the race!!!
If she wasnt Danica there is no way the so called "experts" would ever claim such a thing about a driver that has driven like Danica so far.

Now coming from a fan, I can understand. She has some speed, a little hope & at any plate track the winner needs luck & help from others making it the biggest wild card of all types of racing. So if she does win a stock car race ever. I would think it would be a plate track. But 1st she has to get someone to commit to running with her & not bailing on her.

Good luck to the Danica fans, & if she doesnt have any type of Ryan luck she could get a top ten, if she has mastered pushing cars yet. That was her weakness last time I paid any attention to her plate racing.

I do hope she does well, since no matter what they will talk her up. Might as well have some meat with the potatos

She isn't a favorite at all. But she has been good in the limited plate races that she has been in. I thought she was going to win this race last year but she got wrecked. I am sure there are many drivers that will work with her. Don't forget she is Danica Patrick .

I don't think that a plate track is her only shot at a win. Don't forget the road courses. As she gets better as a driver she will be a contender on the mile and halfs too.

She has been turning a corner since Darlington it seems like. I think she is ready to take a race by horns. Road America also gave her a ton of confidence. She knows now that she can run up front and stay there.
